In this video, Garry Tan talks about identifying your shadow self. There exists different parts of us, where each of them play a pivotal part in our everyday life. Identifying these part are important, rather than repressing them, because accepting them will make your life feel more integrated.
Here’s my favourite excerpt from the video,
